Roasted Vine Tomatoes Recipe

 2 kg Small vine cherry tomatoes
 1 tsp Caster sugar
 5 Garlic cloves (unpeeled)
 2 tbsp olive oil
 sea salt according to your taste
 cracked pepper

Preheat your oven to 220ºC.

Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet, in a small baking dish or gratin. Put garlic cloves between them. Then pour the olive oil over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper.

Put it in the oven and cook for 15 minutes (or until the tomatoes start to hurt). Get rid of garlic cloves before serving.
